Ask yourself:
"What would I want if I stopped pretending I didn't?"
Not what sounds realistic.
Not what impresses others.
What is true.
The unconscious mind doesn't respond to what you want.
It responds to what you accept as true.
Your self-concept is the instruction manual.
Jung warned:
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate."
This method doesn't summon miracles.
It removes internal contradiction.
And that changes everything.
So the real method is not wishing.
It's integration.
Making your conscious desire match your unconscious expectation.
That's when reality starts moving.
